Special gaskets

In addition to our standard range of sealants, there are always special gaskets that will be needed for a specific application. For example, gaskets for heat exchangers with a specific inside window or a sealant which has to be able to seal several chambers at any one time. These special kinds of sealant are more or less always manufactured to customer specifications with precision sizes.

Various categories can be identified, such as PTFE, fibre sheet and graphite sealants with a metal inner ring to reinforce the sealant, a high degree of gas density for blow-out prevention or low-emission requirements. These sealants have a high degree of operating reliability and can be used for a diverse ranges of applications. Seaco Group BV can supply all these sealants within DIN, ASME and JIS dimensions. Available in any quantity you might require.

In-house production of gaskets

Seaco Group BV has invested in its own in-house production facilities, which means we can produce customer-specific gaskets. Once we have received your CAD drawing we can start producing immediately. Thanks to our quick production turnarounds, we can deliver non-standard items within hours, rather than days or weeks.

Our machinery is able to cut the following materials: fibre board, graphite sheets with or without inlay, rubber sheets with inlay, plastic sheets such as modified PTFE, Thermiculite sheets and cork-rubber sheets.
